Hemant has more than 20 years of experience in technology consulting, product development, and project management in wireless and telecommunications engineering. He has focused significantly in the software and telecommunications industry segments, and has worked in business strategy, market analysis, network design, engineering, implementation, and optimization. He has experience in working with telecom equipment vendors and service providers across various functional areas.

Prior to TSI, Hemant worked in the technical management positions at LCC International, TeleworX Consulting, and ac-Cellerate, LLC.

Hemant received his MS in electrical engineering from the Kansas State University, USA.

•Identified and developed network performance measurement tools that became one of the most successful line of products for LCC International.

•Development of the wireless network strategy, planning and design for a leading US MSO operator. Includes evaluating options for providing  wireless services, market analysis, competitive analysis, technology evaluation, partnership options and RAN technologies evaluation and advice.

•Technical due diligence of M&A in the wireless telecom space
