LTE network growth strategy
Analyze marketing and performance engineering data for a nationwide operator to help develop a growth strategy to be competitive and grow subscriber base and revenue. Work includes competitive analysis of spectrum holdings, network performance, market shares and subscriber data to develop a multi-year plan for operator to improve performance and market share. Perform RF analysis including use of small cells to improve throughput/performance. Evaluate RF tools for efficiency and accuracy of design process.

Mobility and Interoperability in tactical environment
Working with a government agency to research and develop the requirements, protocols, and architectural framework to resolve Mobility and Interoperability (M&I) issues for commercial 4G technologies (LTE & WiMAX) deployed by mission partners as autonomous systems. Project extended to include research and analysis of SON functions and features and develop requirements for SON in tactical environment.
